Rediscover Your Light
Explore What’s Next
After years of taking care of everyone else, it's easy to lose touch with the things that make you feel most like yourself.
Maybe you can't remember the last time you did something simply because you wanted to. Maybe you've forgotten what hobbies you used to enjoy or find yourself asking a question that feels surprisingly difficult to answer.
What do I want now?
At Solara Women, I create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, rediscover what lights you up, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Because you don't need to become someone new.
You simply need to remember who you've always been.
A season of change
For many women, midlife brings a shift they may not have expected.
The roles that shaped so much of your identity begin to evolve. Perhaps your children have left home, you're no longer caring for aging parents, a beloved pet is gone, you're navigating a career transition, retirement is on the horizon, or you're simply finding that the responsibilities that once filled your days have begun to change. The way you spend your time, energy, and attention may begin to look different.
And somewhere in that transition, you may find yourself asking questions you haven't had the time or space to consider before.
Who am I beyond the roles I've always played?
What parts of me am I ready to reconnect with?
What brings me joy now?
These questions don't always have immediate answers. But they are often the beginning of a deeper connection with yourself and the life you want to create moving forward.
The Heart of This Work
The answers you're looking for aren't outside of you.
They emerge when you create the time to reflect, explore, and reconnect with your own deeper hopes and dreams.
My role is to guide that process with compassion and intention, offering a supportive space where you can ask meaningful questions, discover new insights, and begin to trust yourself again.
As your understanding deepens, so does your confidence. You begin to recognize what brings you joy, what feels meaningful, and what you want for the life you're creating now.
Clarity doesn't arrive all at once. It unfolds one insight, one conversation, and one creative step at a time.
A creative journey of self-discovery, connection, and exploring what’s next
This 6-week guided online experience invites you to make space for yourself, reconnect with what’s calling you, and discover the possibilities that are waiting to unfold in this next season of life.
Through creative exercises, meaningful conversation, meditation and journaling you’ll uncover new insights that will help you move forward and bloom again.
Second Bloom Workshop:
I understand this transition because I've lived it.
After years of raising a family, caring for the people and animals I loved, and being deeply involved in my community, life began to look different. As the roles that had shaped so much of my life began to change, I found myself wondering who I was beyond those roles and what I wanted this next chapter to look like.
As I began talking with other women, I realized I wasn't alone. So many of us were asking the same questions and quietly wondering what came next.
I became determined to better understand this stage of life and how women reconnect with themselves during times of transition. That journey led me to become a Women's Empowerment Coach, Art Therapy Coach, and Reiki practitioner.
Along the way, I rediscovered something I hadn't expected: my love of painting. What began as a hobby became a meaningful way to reflect, process, and reconnect with parts of myself that had been quiet for years.
That experience changed the direction of my life.
Today, I help women navigate this transition with thoughtful guidance, creativity, and meaningful connection, so they can rediscover what brings them joy, uncover passions they may have forgotten, and know they don't have to find their way alone.
Hi… I’m Krista
Imagine this…
Feeling more grounded in yourself again.
Knowing what you want without second guessing it.
Trusting your own voice.
Having space for creativity, reflection, and identifying your own personal goals.
And moving into your next chapter with clarity.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels fulfilling and meaningful.
