About Krista
Like many women, I spent years focused on raising my family, caring for the people and animals I loved, volunteering in my community, and saying yes whenever someone needed me. It was a full life, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
But as my children grew older and the roles that had shaped so much of my life began to change, I found myself asking questions I hadn't expected.
Who am I beyond the roles I've always played?
What do I want now?
The truth was, I wasn't sure. I had spent so many years caring for everyone else that I couldn't even remember my own hobbies.
Rather than rushing to find the answer, I gave myself permission to explore.
My husband and I packed up the car and spent months driving more than 8,000 miles around the country on what we jokingly called “Our Mid-Life Loop.” We watched the sunrise over the Badlands, stood in the quiet of Yellowstone watching buffalo, explored the red rocks of Moab, and eventually found ourselves in Sedona, where something shifted.
For the first time in years, I wasn't focused on taking care of everyone else.
I was paying attention to what was calling me.
To slow down.
To spend more time in nature.
To pick up a paintbrush again.
As I began talking with other women, I realized my experience of uncertainty wasn't unique. So many of us were quietly asking the same questions, wondering why this stage of life felt so unsteady and what came next.
I wanted to understand why.
That curiosity led me to become a Women's Empowerment Coach, an Art Therapy Coach, and a Reiki practitioner. Along the way, I rediscovered something I hadn't expected. Painting wasn't just a creative outlet. It became a way to reflect, process, and reconnect with parts of myself that had been quiet for years.
Somewhere along that journey, my purpose became clear.
I wanted to help other women reconnect with the gifts, passions, and wisdom that had been there all along.
Today, I bring together coaching, guided meditation, creative exploration, journaling, and meaningful conversation to create a space where women can reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
The years spent caring for others matter deeply.
And I believe this chapter deserves attention, too.
I look forward to walking beside you, as you discover what's next!
I’d love to hear from you!
